All of our designers agree at a minimum to provide a refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase or if it has been damaged in transit. However it is important to note that each designer also has his or her own detailed policy. So please be sure to check those on the item pages.

If you would like a refund or an exchange, please message the designer via our website's messaging system within seven (7) days of receipt of the piece and the designer will provide you with return instructions. Once the designer has received the piece, Adourn will refund you unless you have opted for an exchange.
