CAN I REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT ON ADOURN.COM? |
Yes, this is easy and quick to do. Simply click on Sign-Up. You can also find this section on the top right hand corner of our site. You will be asked to enter your email address and a password. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a verification code, please follow the instructions in the body of the email.

We advise you to read our Terms and Conditions prior to shopping with us. Anyone can make an order on Adourn.com – for instructions on how to complete an order, please follow the instructions given to you from the point of CHECKOUT onwards.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ADOURN.COM ACCEPT? |
Adourn.com accepts almost all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron as well as PayPal. You can choose to pay with any of the listed credit card or debit cards on the payment page of the website. Some cards may require an authorisation from the issuing bank. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

WHICH CURRENCY DOES ADOURN.COM ACCEPT? |
Adourn.com accepts payments in British Pound Sterling (£), Euros (€) and US Dollars ($). If your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined by your bank / PayPal automatically, and not by Adourn.com.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE? |
The stock available on Adourn.com is subject to change. Despite our best efforts in coordinating the website availability with our inventory, some products that appear on the website may be out of stock. In addition, please bear in mind that placing an item in your shopping bag does not automatically reserve it for you, and could therefore be purchased by another customer before you check out.

DO YOU OFFER ANY MADE-TO-ORDER AND BESPOKE SERVICES FOR ME? |
Many of our designers would be delighted to offer you a made to order service. In the instance of the products no longer being available for purchase on a ready-to-buy basis, we have negotiated that some become available for you to purchase on a made-to-order basis. Please note however that not all products can be made-to-order and this is designer specific.
